Festivals

Festivals group multiple events and festival days. From a festival, you can review events, add new ones, and manage its schedule.

Festival Title and Description support language variants. New records use the Workspace content language as their source, and translations are maintained in the festival form.

Festival views

• General: Core details, volunteer coverage, analytics, description, and event calendar.
• Festival Days: Create and manage the days that make up the festival.
• Events: List events filtered by this festival.

General analytics

The General tab uses the festival's actual events, days, and assignments.

• Volunteer coverage compares assigned event volunteers with the required volunteers from the festival's events.
• The volunteer chart shows cumulative event assignments grouped by the day the assignment was created in Einblick.
• Events per day counts events attached to each festival day. Days without events stay visible with zero.
• If a festival has no festival days yet, the events-per-day chart uses the festival date range as empty day markers.
• The calendar previews the festival's event slots, grouped by event.

Quick actions

On the Events tab, use “Add Event” to create an event prefilled with this festival. On Festival Days, add days to structure your schedule.

Deleting a festival always deletes its festival days. Linked events are kept by default and are unlinked from the festival and festival days; enable the event deletion option in the delete dialog only when those events should be removed too.
