Welcome to Einblick

Einblick brings your team's data, communication, and day-to-day work together in one Workspace. This guide shows the layout you will see on every page and the first steps that get you productive quickly.

The Einblick interface layoutA header bar spans the top with Workspace switcher, search, notifications, and profile menu. Below it, the sidebar with your modules sits on the left, next to the Workspace area which can show a second, pinned pane.

Find your way around

  • Sidebar – Opens your modules, grouped into areas such as General, Communication, and Operations — for example Projects, Tasks, and Reports. Which entries you see depends on what is enabled in your Workspace and on your permissions. Badges highlight actionable work such as scheduled newsletters, unpaid invoices, bills to review, pending work times, and open shipments; each count follows your access and disappears at zero. On desktop, drag the sidebar's right edge to resize it; Einblick remembers the width in that browser or desktop installation.
  • Header – Holds the Workspace switcher, global search, notifications, chats, the AI assistant, and your profile menu.
  • Workspace switcher – Core Workspaces switch inside Einblick. Dedicated Tenant Apps appear in a separate section and open in their own tab. If your account only has Tenant Apps, sign-in opens the only available app or shows a chooser.
  • Profile menu – Switch the interface language (saved to your account, so it follows you across devices), pick a light or dark theme, open your account settings and the Workspace settings, or send feedback.
  • Workspace panes – The main area shows the module you opened. You can open another pane next to it, choose the active pane, pin one so it stays visible, reorder panes, and close every pane except the last.

Quick start checklist

On your first sign-in, the welcome tour introduces only modules that your role can read.

  1. Review your profile and notification preferences in Settings.
  2. Open Members to invite teammates who need app access or add people whose work you need to record without giving them an account.
  3. Create your first project, or start right away with tasks.
  4. Browse the Help Center whenever you want to go deeper into a feature.
