Yearly Analysis

Use Yearly Analysis to review annual time-tracking and absence figures. The page is available when monthly timesheets are enabled for the workspace.

Who can see which data

  • Admins can evaluate all active members.
  • Non-admin users can evaluate themselves and the members they are allowed to approve.
  • If more than one member is visible, the page can show either one employee or all visible employees together.

What the totals mean

  • Expected hours and workdays come from each member's active employment records.
  • Worked hours use finalized work times only: approved and locked.
  • Credited absence uses finalized absences whose reason counts as working time.
  • The balance is calculated as worked time plus credited absence time minus expected time.
  • Absence time that overlaps logged work time is not counted twice.
  • Pending, declined, and cancelled rows still appear in the entries table so they can be reviewed during cleanup.

What the page shows

  • Year and employee controls in the page header.
  • Metric cards for expected workdays, actual workdays, expected hours, worked hours, balance, pauses, credited absence, sick leave, vacation, paid absences, and unpaid absences.
  • Monthly charts for absence days and hour totals.
  • Tables for absences by reason, monthly values, and individual work-time or absence entries.
  • Entry links open the underlying work time or absence detail page.
