Jobs

Publish job openings, collect applications, and run a lightweight recruiting workflow across internal review screens and public pages.

Jobs

Jobs combines two workflows in one place: managing openings internally and collecting applications on public job pages.

Where the workflow lives

  • Open Jobs for the recruiting workspace.
  • The workspace has an Openings tab and, for reviewers, an Applications tab.
  • Each opening has its own detail page with an overview tab and an applications tab.
  • If the workspace has a public domain, it can copy a public listings link and per-opening public links.

Create and publish openings

  • Openings store status, visibility, employment details, locations, tags, opening/closing dates, and localized content.
  • Localized content includes title, slug, summary, description, benefits, requirements, application instructions, and confirmation text.
  • Public applications only work while an opening is published and its optional opening/closing dates still allow applications.
  • Visibility controls distribution.
  • public openings appear on the public jobs board.
  • unlisted openings stay off the board but still work via direct link.
  • private openings stay internal.

Public listings and applications

  • Public listings live under /jobs/<workspaceDomain>.
  • The public board shows currently open public openings for that workspace.
  • Each public opening page can show summary, description, benefits, requirements, and application instructions next to the form.
  • The form always asks for name and email. Openings can also enable or require phone, location, links, resume upload, cover letter, and custom questions.
  • Custom questions currently support short text, long text, number, single select, multi select, boolean, URL, and date fields.
  • Resume uploads from the public form currently accept .pdf, .doc, .docx, and .txt.
  • Applicants must acknowledge the privacy notice. If a Jobs privacy-policy URL is configured, the public form links to it.
  • If email confirmation is enabled, applications stay pending_confirmation until the applicant confirms from the emailed link. Otherwise they are submitted immediately and the receipt email includes a withdrawal link.

Review applications

  • The internal applications list supports search by applicant or opening and filters for opening, submission state, and source.
  • Each application keeps a current pipeline stage plus a submission state such as pending_confirmation, submitted, withdrawn, or spam.
  • The current review UI shows the opening, stage, timestamps, contact details, links, and cover letter.
  • Reviewers can mark candidates as Hired or Rejected from the list or the application detail page.
  • Openings with existing applications cannot be deleted.

Jobs settings

  • Open System Settings -> Jobs to configure workspace-wide recruiting defaults.
  • Set the default locale for new openings and optionally restrict the supported locales.
  • Control whether public applications require email confirmation before they count as submitted.
  • Set the privacy-policy URL that should be linked from the public application form.
