Using the Help Center

The Help Center opens the handbook directly inside Einblick. Which articles you see depends on your current workspace access, so the list reflects the features you can use. Workspace admins can browse the full handbook.

Browse by category

1. Open Help Center.
2. Expand a category in the left sidebar.
3. Select an article to open it. On larger screens, the article stays next to the sidebar so you can jump between topics quickly.

Search effectively

• Use the search field to filter articles by title, summary, category, and tags.
• Shorter keywords usually work better than full questions.
• Clear the search field to return to the full category list.

Open and share articles

• Every article has its own URL under /help-center/<slug>, so you can copy the browser address to share the exact page.
• Links between handbook pages open directly inside the Help Center, which makes it easy to move between related workflows.
• If a topic is missing, check whether your current workspace role includes access to that feature.
