Map

View assets and locations at a glance. Toggle collections, use your current location, and open items directly.

Collections

• Buildings, Vehicles, Tools, Equipment, Organizations.
• Use the filter menu to show/hide types and see counts.
• The filter menu only shows collections you can read. If read access is predicate-limited, the collection is marked as limited and only allowed items are shown.
• Records appear on the map only after they have coordinates. Address forms can detect coordinates automatically from the entered address fields; manually entered coordinates are kept and marked as manual.

Actions

• Click a marker to view details.
• Nearby markers are grouped into clusters. Click a cluster to zoom in; at the highest zoom level, overlapping markers spread apart so you can select each one.
• The map fits the visible records when it first loads or when the filtered data changes. After you pan or zoom manually, resizing the window preserves your chosen view.
• Use “My Location” to add your current browser position to the map and focus it there.
