Manage your team’s documents with a fast file explorer.

Core features

• Upload files with the button, or drag files and folders into the explorer. Dropped folders keep their nested structure.
• Create folders instantly and rename in-line where the current location allows manual organization.
• Multi-select with Shift/Cmd and move via drag & drop.
• Open a preview sheet for files and folders. Browser-viewable files render inline there; other files can still be opened in a new tab or downloaded.
• In the desktop app, the primary Open action opens files with your system's default application. Download stays available from the file actions.
• Create a ZIP archive from selected files or folders inside the current folder, and extract uploaded ZIP files back into folders.
• Create Action Links to share selected files/folders.

Navigation and keyboard shortcuts

• The Files module opens in the workspace's Cloud folder. Home takes you back there.
• Use the up button and breadcrumb to move through the folder path.
• Arrow keys move the current selection, Shift extends the selection range, Enter opens the selected folder or file, Space toggles the preview sheet, and Escape clears the selection.
