Notifications

Notification settings are split between personal preferences and Workspace defaults.

Personal settings

Open Settings → Notifications.
Choose which channels you want for each event type.
Account-scoped events apply across every Workspace. They include chat messages, incoming calls, daily digest, calendar sync, new sign-ins, security alerts, device handoff, and Workspace invitations.
The daily digest summarizes due-today tasks, overdue tasks, and open invoice counts across Workspaces where you are an admin or member.
Workspace-scoped events belong to a specific Workspace. They include task assignment, task comments, task deadlines, task mentions, discussion mentions, event reminders, work-time shift reminders, booking updates, incoming invoice detection, share activity, quotes, invoices, inquiries, and work orders.
In multi-Workspace accounts, the notification popover can filter All, This Workspace, and Account. Opening a notification from another Workspace switches to that Workspace before following the link.

Open System Settings → Notifications.
Administrators can define default channels for Workspace-scoped events.
Personal Workspace settings can still override defaults unless a channel is enforced.
Account-scoped events are controlled from personal notification settings instead of Workspace defaults.
