Update your personal profile, sign-in email, language, and whether people outside your workspace can find you for direct chats.
Account Settings
Account Settings control your personal profile data and sign-in email. They do not change workspace-wide defaults.
Profile and visibility
- Your display name and avatar are used in direct chats, participant lists, and call UI.
- Update your first name, last name, and language from this page.

Publicly findableis off. - Language changes affect how dates, labels, and help content are shown for your account.
- Workspace-specific HR fields such as birth date, social insurance number, IBAN, job title, and work phone are maintained on the member record, not in Account Settings.
Change your sign-in email
- Enter the new email address in the email card and save the change request.
- Einblick sends a 6-digit verification code to the new address.
- Enter the code to confirm the change. The code expires after 5 minutes.
- Cancel the pending change if you want to keep your current sign-in email or restart with a different address.
- The new address must be different from your current email and not already be used by another account.
