Update your personal profile, verified email addresses, language, and whether people outside your Workspace can find you for direct chats.

Account Settings

Account Settings control your personal profile data and account email addresses. They do not change Workspace-wide defaults.

Profile and visibility

  • Your display name and avatar are used in direct chats, participant lists, and call UI.
  • Update your first name, last name, and language from this page. The available interface languages are English, German, and Czech.
  • Publicly findable controls whether people outside your current Workspace can discover you when creating a new direct chat.
  • Workspace members can still find you even if Publicly findable is off.
  • Language changes affect labels, dates, calendars, and supported generated documents. If a Help Center article is not available in the selected language, Einblick shows its English version.
  • Workspace-specific HR fields such as birth date, social insurance number, IBAN, job title, and work phone are maintained on the member record, not in Account Settings.

Email addresses

  • The email card lists your primary address and any additional addresses you have added.
  • Add an address by entering it in the email card. Einblick sends a 6-digit verification code to that address; the code expires after 5 minutes.
  • A verified additional address can be set as primary. The primary address becomes the sign-in email on your Einblick account.
  • Non-primary addresses can be removed; the primary address cannot. Removing an address also removes it from Workspace-specific member email choices and future invitation matching for that account.
  • Unverified addresses stay marked as pending until you verify them or resend the code.
  • Verified addresses can be used to match Workspace invitations and to choose a Workspace-specific member email.

An address cannot be used if it is already verified on another account.
