Notification Settings

Notification Settings define which channels your account uses for each event. Some events are account-wide, while others are scoped to the current workspace.

Account and workspace events

  • Account notifications apply across all workspaces. They include chat.message, call.incoming, daily_digest, auth.new_login, auth.security, tenant.invitation, calendar sync, and device handoff.
  • Workspace notifications apply to the current workspace and include task activity, deadlines, event reminders, bookings, incoming invoices, shares, quotes, invoices, inquiries, and work orders.
  • Channels can include in-app, email, push, and toast depending on the event.
  • Workspace defaults can prefill workspace-scoped settings, but your account can override non-enforced events.
  • Incoming calls and security events are enforced and cannot be fully disabled.
