Control account-wide and workspace-specific notification channels.
Notification Settings
Notification Settings define which channels your account uses for each event. Some events are account-wide, while others are scoped to the current workspace.
Account and workspace events
- Account notifications apply across all workspaces. They include
chat.message,call.incoming,daily_digest,auth.new_login,auth.security,tenant.invitation, calendar sync, and device handoff. - Workspace notifications apply to the current workspace and include task activity, deadlines, event reminders, bookings, incoming invoices, shares, quotes, invoices, inquiries, and work orders.
- Channels can include in-app, email, push, and toast depending on the event.
- Workspace defaults can prefill workspace-scoped settings, but your account can override non-enforced events.
- Incoming calls and security events are enforced and cannot be fully disabled.
