Integrations
Incoming-mail and task workflows depend on two integration areas: Workspace-managed integrations and user-managed connections.
Workspace email
Open System Settings → Email.
Mail-relevant settings there include:
- Google Workspace connections with separate Gmail sending and incoming-mail capabilities
- verified sending domains and their sender addresses, Reply-To values, and signatures
- SMTP / IMAP accounts for providers that require host, port, username, and password setup
- Gmail or IMAP scanning for incoming invoices, tasks, inquiries, and purchase tracking
- optional AI analysis per scanner; enabled analysis sends relevant mail content and attachments to OpenRouter and the selected model providers
- the shared Mail inbox for reviewing captured mail, attachments, and created records
These settings decide whether incoming mail stays tracked only or also creates downstream records automatically.
User connections
Open Settings → Connections.
Task-relevant connections there include:
- connecting one or more Google accounts
- choosing the target calendar and allowed Workspaces for each account
- pausing the binding or enabling task and event sync independently
This is outbound sync from Einblick to Google Calendar. It is controlled per connected user account and does not import Google events into Einblick.
