Personal Settings
My Connections
Connect your own accounts, mobile and desktop apps, and active sessions for calendar sync, Google linking, WakaTime work-time imports, and device-level integration behavior.
My Connections
Open Settings → Connections to manage integrations that belong to your user account.
This page is user-scoped, not workspace-scoped.
What is here
- WakaTime connection for importing matched coding time into work times
- Connected external accounts for your user
- Native App devices linked to your account
- Desktop App download or installed state
- Active sessions across browser, mobile app, and desktop app
- Device-level calendar sync status
WakaTime and work times
- Connect WakaTime with your personal API key.
- Only completed days are imported. Current-day activity is pulled after the day is complete.
- Einblick imports only WakaTime entries whose project name matches a GitHub repository linked to an Einblick project.
- If you belong to multiple workspaces, you can limit imports to selected workspaces.
- Disconnecting WakaTime keeps imported work times unless you explicitly delete them. Billing-locked imported entries stay protected.
Devices, desktop app, and sessions
- Native App Devices lists mobile devices with the Einblick app installed.
- Desktop App shows a download action in the browser and confirms the installed app when you are already running Einblick on macOS, Windows, or Linux.
- Active Sessions lists your signed-in browser, mobile app, and desktop app sessions. The current session is marked, desktop sessions are labeled separately, sessions can remain active for up to one year, and you can revoke other sessions from here.
Why events depend on it
Event slot changes can trigger Google Calendar sync and device calendar sync. That only works for users who have their own accounts and devices connected here.
